Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SachaPay ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, traders, and anyone who accesses any part of sachapay.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use SachaPay. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
SachaPay is not available in jurisdictions where peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SachaPay will never ask for your password. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 One Account Per Person
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or verification requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
4. Trading Rules
4.1 Trade Limits
- Level 0 (Email verified): Up to $1,000 USD per trade
- Level 1 (KYC ID verified): Up to $50,000 USD per trade
- Level 2 (POA Address verified): Up to $1,000,000 USD per trade
4.2 Minimum Trade
The minimum trade and offer amount is $10 USD equivalent in any currency.
4.3 Offer Terms
When you create an offer, you agree to honour its stated terms. Cancelling trades without cause, refusing to release escrow without reason, or manipulating offer terms to deceive buyers/sellers is prohibited.
Important: Payment must be made in the exact method and amount specified in the offer. Sending to the wrong account or method voids your trade claim.
4.4 Trade Windows
Buyers must initiate payment within the time window set by the offer (typically 30–60 minutes). Failure to pay within the window allows the seller to cancel without penalty.
5. Escrow Service
SachaPay provides a non-custodial escrow service. When a trade is initiated, the seller's cryptocurrency is locked in escrow automatically.
- Crypto is released to the buyer only after the seller confirms payment received.
- SachaPay does not release escrow based solely on a buyer's claim. Proof of payment is required in disputed cases.
- Escrow is returned to the seller if the buyer fails to pay within the trade window.
- SachaPay acts as a neutral third party and is not a party to the trade itself.
6. Platform Fees
SachaPay charges a platform fee on successfully completed trades. The current fee structure is displayed on the Platform and may be updated with notice.
- Buyers pay no platform fee.
- Sellers pay a percentage fee on completed trades (see the Fees page in your account).
- Fees are non-refundable on completed trades.
- No fees are charged on cancelled or disputed trades.
7. Disputes
7.1 Opening a Dispute
Either party may open a dispute if a trade cannot be resolved between themselves. Disputes must be raised within the active trade window.
7.2 Evidence
Both parties must submit evidence (screenshots, transaction receipts, chat messages) within 48 hours of a dispute being opened. Failure to submit evidence may result in a ruling against the non-responsive party.
7.3 Resolution
SachaPay moderators will review all submitted evidence and issue a final, binding decision. Decisions are based on evidence only. SachaPay's decision is final and non-appealable.
7.4 Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or bank reversal after crypto has been released is considered fraud and will result in immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
- Trading on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities
- Using the Platform to purchase illegal goods or services
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in trade chat
- Providing false information during KYC or trade disputes
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform

- Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving crypto
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
9. Verification (KYC/POA)
SachaPay operates a tiered verification system to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect all users.
- KYC (Know Your Customer): Government-issued photo ID required for Level 1.
- POA (Proof of Address): Utility bill or bank statement required for Level 2.
- You consent to SachaPay retaining and processing identity documents for compliance purposes.
- SachaPay reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
10. Wallets & Withdrawals
SachaPay provides non-custodial wallets for holding cryptocurrency during trades. Users with unverified accounts (Level 0) are limited to sending out $1,000 USD equivalent per period.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to availability and may be delayed for security review. SachaPay is not liable for losses due to incorrect withdrawal addresses provided by users.
11. Limitation of Liability
SachaPay provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SachaPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
SachaPay is a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions of individual traders. We are not liable for failed payments, trading losses, or market price fluctuations.
12. Termination
SachaPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any crypto held in active escrow will be returned to the rightful party based on trade evidence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
