Hi, I am Mukabe Chilangwa and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties in Zambia since April 2015. I specialise in both rentals and sales in Roma, Olympia, Kalundu, Chudleigh and Mass Media. When I am not doing that, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, travelling and going to the gym. Prior to working with Pam Golding Properties I worked in the sales department for Multi Choice in Zambia. I studied Law and acquired a Certificate in Principles of Law at the University of Zambia and I am currently studying at the Zambia institute of Public Administration to attain a Diploma in Law. I have also obtained a Certificate in Psycho-social and Child Counselling.

Property consultancy is an awesome career, it’s both challenging and exciting at the same time. It allows you to think outside the box. Having worked with Pam Golding Properties for only three months I managed to meet my target and went beyond by 48%. I have built up a reputation of successfully assisting local, national and international clients with their real estate acquisitions. I take great pride in what I do and strive to meet all my client’s needs and expectations.

What I love most about this career is the fact that I get the opportunity to meet and network with lots of different people from all walks of life. It can be challenging at times and a bit stressful but that’s what makes it worthwhile. When I’m not meeting or assisting clients I spend my free time being an active volunteer with the Young Women’s Christian Association as a youth and child counsellor. I am also an active member of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents.
